Changing a Student’s Email¶
Changing a student’s email updates their login credentials for the platform.
Steps¶

Open the platform and log in as an Administrator.

Go to “Students” in the left-hand menu and open the list of students. Use the search filter to find the required student.

Click
next to the student’s name and select “Credentials” from the menu.

In the “Email” field, delete the old address and enter the new, correct, and active email address.

Click “Submit” to save the changes.

Fig. 4 — “Submit” button -
Verify that the updated email address is displayed for the student and inform them that they can now log in using the new email.
