Working with Assignments¶
⚠️ Important! Assignments need to be uploaded to the class for which they should be completed by students.
Section "Journal"¶
- Go to the "Journal" section.
- Select the desired day, subject, and Section.
- Click the "Assignment" button in the class column.
- Fill in the fields in the assignment window.
- Describe the assignment in text.
- Add a link to a video or website.
- Attach files or presentations.
- Add a quiz if needed.
- Choose whether the assignment requires review.
- Save the assignment.
- Check that a checkmark appears next to the "Assignment" button.
- Make sure the assignment appears in the student's gradebook.
Section "Assignments"¶
⚠️ Important! Only teachers who have indicated them in the journal receive assignments.
This section consists of two pages: "Assignments" and "Unchecked Assignments."
Page "Assignments"¶
- Select the dates "From" and "To."
- Select a Section or subgroup.
- Select a subject.
- Click the "Open" button.
- Review the assignment completion statistics.
- Click the three dots to the right of the "Results" column.
- Choose "Edit Assignment" or "Open 'Results' Page."
- On the "Results" page, review the status of assignment completion by students.
- Click the "View" button to check the assignment.
- Click the "Post Grades in Gradebook" button to transfer grades to the gradebook.
Page "Unchecked Assignments"¶
- Go to the "Unchecked Assignments" page.
- Use filters by date, subject, assignment, student, and Section.
- Find assignments with the status "Awaiting Review."
- Click the "View" button to check the assignment.
Assignment Review Process¶
- Go to the "Assignments" section - "Unchecked Assignments."
- Select a student's assignment to review.
- Click the "View" button.
- Download the student's files individually or all together as an archive.
- If the assignment is incomplete or incorrect, click the "Return" button.
- Add a comment and return the assignment for revision.
- If the assignment is done correctly, click the "Grade" button.
- Assign a grade and click "Save."
- If necessary, check the box next to "Post Grades in Gradebook."
Quiz Review¶
- Go to the "Assignments" section - "Unchecked Assignments."
- Click the "View" button next to the assignment.
- Click on the quiz to review.
- Or go to the "Quizzes" section - "Quiz Review."
- Review the list of quizzes and the number of students who completed them.
- Click the three dots next to the quiz and select "Results."
- In the window with the list of students, select the quiz to review and click "Review."
- Click the "Post Grades in Gradebook" button to transfer grades to the gradebook.
- Check students’ answers on the quiz review page.
- If the quiz contains open-ended answers, enter the score for each answer.
- Click the "Finish Review" button after assigning scores.
⚠️ Important! Scores are assigned according to the quiz’s internal scoring system. The maximum score for a question cannot exceed the established maximum amount.
