Working with Assignments

⚠️ Important! Assignments need to be uploaded to the class for which they should be completed by students.

Section "Journal"

  1. Go to the "Journal" section.
  2. Select the desired day, subject, and Section.
  3. Click the "Assignment" button in the class column.
  4. Fill in the fields in the assignment window.
  5. Describe the assignment in text.
  6. Add a link to a video or website.
  7. Attach files or presentations.
  8. Add a quiz if needed.
  9. Choose whether the assignment requires review.
  10. Save the assignment.
  11. Check that a checkmark appears next to the "Assignment" button.
  12. Make sure the assignment appears in the student's gradebook.

Section "Assignments"

⚠️ Important! Only teachers who have indicated them in the journal receive assignments.

This section consists of two pages: "Assignments" and "Unchecked Assignments."

Page "Assignments"

  1. Select the dates "From" and "To."
  2. Select a Section or subgroup.
  3. Select a subject.
  4. Click the "Open" button.
  5. Review the assignment completion statistics.
  6. Click the three dots to the right of the "Results" column.
  7. Choose "Edit Assignment" or "Open 'Results' Page."
  8. On the "Results" page, review the status of assignment completion by students.
  9. Click the "View" button to check the assignment.
  10. Click the "Post Grades in Gradebook" button to transfer grades to the gradebook.

Page "Unchecked Assignments"

  1. Go to the "Unchecked Assignments" page.
  2. Use filters by date, subject, assignment, student, and Section.
  3. Find assignments with the status "Awaiting Review."
  4. Click the "View" button to check the assignment.

Assignment Review Process

  1. Go to the "Assignments" section - "Unchecked Assignments."
  2. Select a student's assignment to review.
  3. Click the "View" button.
  4. Download the student's files individually or all together as an archive.
  5. If the assignment is incomplete or incorrect, click the "Return" button.
  6. Add a comment and return the assignment for revision.
  7. If the assignment is done correctly, click the "Grade" button.
  8. Assign a grade and click "Save."
  9. If necessary, check the box next to "Post Grades in Gradebook."

Quiz Review

  1. Go to the "Assignments" section - "Unchecked Assignments."
  2. Click the "View" button next to the assignment.
  3. Click on the quiz to review.
  4. Or go to the "Quizzes" section - "Quiz Review."
  5. Review the list of quizzes and the number of students who completed them.
  6. Click the three dots next to the quiz and select "Results."
  7. In the window with the list of students, select the quiz to review and click "Review."
  8. Click the "Post Grades in Gradebook" button to transfer grades to the gradebook.
  9. Check students’ answers on the quiz review page.
  10. If the quiz contains open-ended answers, enter the score for each answer.
  11. Click the "Finish Review" button after assigning scores.

⚠️ Important! Scores are assigned according to the quiz’s internal scoring system. The maximum score for a question cannot exceed the established maximum amount.
