Dashboard

The Dashboard helps Admin monitor key data and platform activity in one place using visual widgets. It is possible to create multiple dashboards and customize each one based on the Admin's needs.

⚠️ Dashboard module needs to be enabled in the School Settings->Workspace modules.

Creating a New Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Dashboard section in the panel menu on the left.
  2. Click "Create Dashboard".

  3. Enter the dashboard's name.
  4. Click "Submit".

A new dashboard will open, and Admin can start adding widgets.

Adding Widgets

  1. Click "Add Widget". Widget's List

  2. Select the required widgets from the list:

    - Notes — A simple text widget for reminders, to-dos, or announcements on the dashboard.
    - Attendance Today — Shows attendance results for the current day (who is present/absent, totals, etc.).
    - Enrollment & Retention per Program — Summarizes how many students are enrolled in each program and how well they are retained over time.
    - Schedule — Displays the upcoming schedule (classes/activities) for a selected timeframe.
    - Attendance – Last 30 Days — Attendance trends and totals across the most recent 30 days.
    - Attendance — General attendance overview, typically used for overall metrics and summaries.
    - Incidents – Today — Incident log and summary for incidents recorded today.
    - Attendance – Last 7 Days — Attendance trends and totals across the most recent 7 days.
    - Average Attendance — Average attendance rate over a selected period, usually shown as a percentage.
    - At Risk Schools & Programs — Highlights schools or programs flagged as “at risk” (for example, low attendance, declining enrollment or retention, or other risk indicators).
    - Incidents – Last 30 Days — Incident trends and totals recorded during the last 30 days.
    - Incidents – Last 7 Days — Incident trends and totals recorded during the last 7 days.

  3. Click "Save Dashboard" after adding and arranging the widgets.

Each widget is displayed visually as a pie chart, graph, or horizontal bar chart, depending on the data type.

Managing Dashboards

  1. Each dashboard can be renamed, edited, or removed by clicking the "Actions" button in the top-right corner of the page and selecting the required option.
  2. Admin can create multiple dashboards and switch between them using the dropdown list in the top-left corner of the page.
  3. The data displayed in each widget block can be refreshed by clicking the "Refresh" icon 🔄 in the top right corner of the block.
