Modules Settings¶
Modules Settings define which menu blocks and overall functionality is going to be available within a Workspace Template. Each module represents a functional section of the workspace and appears in the left-side navigation menu.
For each Workspace Template, modules can be enabled or disabled based on the needs of the specific school or corporate organization. Enabled modules are visible and accessible to users, while disabled modules are hidden and not available in the workspace.
This allows Super Admins to tailor each Workspace Template to specific educational institution types by exposing only the relevant features and keeping the interface clean and focused.
How to Enable/Disable Modules¶
- Navigate to Admin -> Workspace Templates in the panel menu on the left.
- Select specific template and click context menu button on the right.
- Select "Modules".
Below is the full list of Modules that can be enabled in the Workspace Template:
Art Journal
The module is designed for maintaining Art Journals and organizing the educational process in extracurricular educational institutions. It supports the management and various aspects of art education, providing a structured framework for schools specializing in visual arts, music, dance, and theater.
Enrollment (v2)
The Enrollment module helps manage student registration for educational programs. It makes the signup process flexible and automatically places students into the right starting sections.
Gradebook
A module that provides Students and Parents with access to a personalized Gradebook featuring Assignments, Class Schedules, and Grades.
Programs
The Programs module manages the logic for educational programs. It allows you to create program templates, set pricing, and define initial sections. For the module to be shown, the Enrollment module must be activated.
Calendar Planning
A tool for uploading and working with Calendar Planning.
Incidents
A module for recording incidents, violations, and important events in the school.
Inclusivity
The "Inclusivity" module helps create a safe and equitable learning environment by analyzing Student data to timely identify those who need additional support. This enables educators to make informed decisions and provide personalized attention to every Student.
Individual Educational Plans
A module for creating and managing Individual Education Plans for students.
Lunch Recess Assistance
A module for managing school meals, designed for planning and generating the required reports on student food consumption.
Game World Manager
A module for configuring and managing the platform’s Game World settings.
Game World Achievements
A module for creating and tracking Achievements within Gamification.
Game World Quests
A module for creating and managing gamified Quests.
Game World User Inventory
A module for managing a user's personal Inventory in Gamification, used for collecting rewards and items.
Tags
A module for creating and applying Tags to organize content, groups, or users.
Timesheet Tags
A module for tagging and categorizing Classes.
Url Route Manager
A module for editing and customizing the Platform's homepage.
User Tags
A module for assigning Tags to classify and search for Users within the system.
Library
This module allows you to manage books in a Library.
Achievement Certificates
Module for managing student achievement certificates.
Agreements
A centralized place to create, manage, and distribute digital agreements, waivers, and consents. Schools can use system-wide templates or create their own documents, assign them to programs, staff roles, or individual users, and track who has signed what—ensuring compliance and clear communication at every level.
AIKOM
The AIKOM module provides integration with the AIKOM educational information system for Ukrainian educational institutions. It enables synchronization of academic data, including grades, attendance, and attestation information between the platform and AIKOM.
Enrollment
The Enrollment module provides a comprehensive solution for managing student registration and enrollment processes. It enables schools to handle join requests efficiently, with separate interfaces for administrators and study group leaders to review, approve or reject enrollments.
Class Streams
The Class Streams module provides a solution for managing and viewing educational streaming content. It enables schools to create, organize and deliver class streams to students, with support for uploaded files, embedded content, and external URLs.
Imports
The Import module manages the logic for importing educational data. It allows you to upload students, teachers, class schedules, and calendar plans in a fast and structured way. This module helps schools to quickly set up and maintain their academic workflows.
Vacations
Module for managing vacation requests. Teachers can submit requests for vacations or training absences, while administrators approve them, view a comprehensive schedule, and generate reports on used and available days.
Substitution Logs
Module for managing teacher substitutions and lesson replacements. Enables tracking, approving, and archiving substitution records throughout the academic year.
Calendar
Module for displaying academic events in calendar format. Enables organized tracking of lessons, assignments, and other scheduled activities.
Users Notes
Module for recording student-related notes and observations. Enables centralized tracking of academic progress, behavior, and other individual information.
Dashboard
Module for displaying key educational data in one place. Offers customizable widgets for tracking assignments, schedules, progress, and announcements in real time.
Attendance
Module for managing and analyzing student attendance. Supports presence tracking, generates reports, and integrates with schedules for teachers and administrators.
Report Cards
Module for generating, viewing, and managing report cards by teachers, students, and parents.
Class Reminders
The module which allows you to configure sending email and in-platform reminders to teachers and students about upcoming classes.
Journal Tags
A module for tagging and categorizing journal columns.
Assignments
The module organizes how students receive, complete, and respond to work assigned by teachers. It supports structured communication around each assignment, helping maintain clarity, consistency, and timely feedback across all class activities.
Lesson Assignments
The module links assignments to specific classes, helping teachers organize coursework within their lesson plans and providing students with clear, contextual access to assigned work.
Quizzes
Allows creation and editing of quizzes with custom questions and settings.
Quizzes Assignments
Allows attaching quizzes to assignments and managing their distribution and deadlines.
Quizzes Calendar Planning
Allows adding quizzes to the curriculum schedule for structured planning.
Parents
Shows a list of parents linked to students in the school.
Reports
Provides the ability to generate and view performance reports and analytics.
Journal Excursions
Allows managing journal records related to educational field trips, including attendance tracking.
Journal Briefings Excursions
Allows logging safety briefings and entering the corresponding marks for students.
Archive
Allows viewing archived journals, schedules, student information, achievements, and reports from previous academic periods.
Platform Agreements
The module is responsible for the institution's administration agreeing to the terms of use of the platform.
Reports Grades
Educational achievements and grades reporting system for generating comprehensive reports on student academic performance, grade statistics, and educational achievements. Provides tools for analyzing grade distributions, tracking student progress, and generating detailed reports on academic performance across classes, groups, and school-wide levels.
Reports Attendance
Attendance reporting and analytics system for generating comprehensive reports on student attendance patterns, absence tracking, and attendance statistics. Provides tools for analyzing attendance data, monitoring student presence, and generating detailed reports on attendance trends across classes, groups, and school-wide levels.
Journal Remarks
Module for managing journal remarks and feedback. Allows administrators and section heads to create remarks about the quality of electronic journal maintenance by teachers, track their completion, and add resolution comments. Provides quality control of the educational process through a remarks system with filtering by periods, teachers, and study groups.
Individual Student Performance
Here you can view general statistics and dynamics of the student's performance.
Payments
This module allow School Administration to view and manage program payments. It provides a centralized interface for tracking and maintaining payment records.
Journal
Educational journal management system for tracking grades, attendance, lesson records, and academic data. Provides comprehensive tools for teachers to manage student progress, generate reports, and maintain academic records.
Academic Years
Academic years management system for creating, organizing, and managing academic years and terms. Provides tools for administrators to configure academic years, semesters, and term types with status tracking and period closure functionality.
Class
Class scheduling and timesheet management system for creating, organizing, and tracking lesson schedules, teacher timesheets, and classroom assignments. Provides tools for managing lesson times, teacher activities, classroom bookings, and lesson notes with comprehensive reporting capabilities.
PDF Builder
PDF template builder and document generation system for creating custom PDF reports, certificates, and academic documents. Provides tools for designing templates, managing blocks, and generating automated PDF documents with comprehensive styling and formatting capabilities.
Class Scheduler
Class schedule management system for creating, organizing, and managing school timetables, lesson schedules. Provides tools for scheduling classes, managing lesson times, coordinating teacher assignments, and generating automated lesson timesheets with comprehensive validation and dependency management.
Reports Sections
Student section reporting system for generating specialized reports on student migrations, study group movements, and section-based analytics. Provides tools for tracking student transfers between sections, analyzing migration patterns, and generating comprehensive reports on student section activities and movements.
News Feed
A module for managing a Feed of updates, events, and publications for the School community.
Journal Assignments
Assignment and journal integration system for migrating assignment grades to journal entries, managing grade transfers, and synchronizing academic data between assignments and journal modules. Provides tools for bulk grade migration, lesson creation, and seamless integration of assignment results with journal records.
Courses
Module for managing educational courses within schools/companies context. Allows creating and editing courses, chapters and course items, managing quizzes/tests, viewing completion results, attaching courses to study groups and disciplines.
Student Qr Code
Module for generating and managing individual student QR codes. Allows bulk export of QR codes for printing and distribution, enabling fast student identification across school systems.
Attendance Qr Tracking
Module for QR-based attendance tracking in journal lessons. Adds quick QR entry action to journal allowing teachers to mark student attendance by scanning QR codes during classes.
Recess Lunch Assistance Qr
Module for QR-based meal tracking registration. Enables students to quickly register for meals by scanning their QR codes at canteen, streamlining lunch and recess assistance workflow.
Friends
The module allows users to connect with each other, send friend requests, and manage their social connections.
Gifts
The module allows users to send virtual gifts to each other and manage received gifts.
Games
The module provides access to various games available on the platform and manages user interaction with them.
Report Constructor
The constructor builds a custom pivot-style report (a table that summarizes data) using the selected fields and values.
