"Add Class" Button

ℹ️ Columns with dates on the "Journal" page for each subject appear automatically after entering the educational institution's schedule by the Administrator.

Steps

  1. Click the "Add Class" button on the "Journal" page of the corresponding subject to create a new column with the class date.
  2. Enter the date and time of the class. They must exactly match the institution's schedule.
  3. Specify the topic, assignment, and type of activity for the new class.
  4. To create a column with a thematic or semester grade, select the corresponding name from the "Classs Participation" list.
  5. After selecting the grade, the system will automatically generate grades with the option for manual editing.
  6. If you need to condense class topics or reschedule a class from a holiday, create a column with the date and time of another class according to the schedule.
  7. Rescheduling the class will be reflected on the "Journal" page and in the "Schedule" and "Gradebook" sections of the student only for the current date.
