Achievement Certificates

Filling in the Student Achievement Certificate

⚠️ Access is granted to the Class Teacher of their section.

Steps

  1. Open the "Achievement Certificate" page.
  2. Find the student by last name, first name, and patronymic.
  3. Check the certificate completion status: "not filled", "partially filled", or "filled".
  4. Click the "Fill" or "Download" button next to the student.

  5. If you select "Fill", a page for entering data will open.

  6. Enter the student's personal achievements, learning activity results, and other indicators.
  7. To save a draft, click the "Save Draft" button in the upper right corner.
  8. Confirm saving the draft in the message that appears.

  9. To save the fully completed certificate, click the "Save" button.

  10. If the certificate is not fully filled, a message about the inability to save will appear.

  11. In the "Characteristics of Learning Activity Results" section, click on the three dots next to the subject name.

  12. Choose "Edit" or "Delete" the subject.

  13. In the "Additional Subjects" section, use the "+" and "−" buttons to add or remove rows with achievement characteristics.

  14. After entering all data, click "Save" to finalize saving the certificate.
