Achievement Certificates
Filling in the Student Achievement Certificate¶
⚠️ Access is granted to the Form Teachers of their sections.
Note:
Currently, Achievement Certificates are filled in manually. Information from the journals is not automatically populated. The technical team is already working on improving this functionality.
Steps¶
- Open the "My Section" -> "Achievement Certificates" page.
- Select the academic session and section in the filter and click "Open".
- A list of students of the selected section will be generated.
- Find the student by last and first name.
- Check the certificate completion status: "not filled", "partially filled", or "filled".
- Click the "Fill" or "Download" button next to the student.
- If you select "Fill", a page for entering data will open.
- Enter the student's personal achievements, learning activity results, and other indicators.
- To save a draft, click the "Save Draft" button in the upper right corner.
- Confirm saving the draft in the message that appears.
- To save the fully completed certificate, click the "Save" button.
- If the certificate is not fully filled, a message about the inability to save will appear.
- In the "Characteristics of Learning Activity Results" section, click on the three dots next to the subject name.
- Choose "Edit" or "Delete" the subject.
- In the "Additional Subjects" section, use the "+" and "−" buttons to add or remove rows with achievement characteristics.
- After entering all data, click "Save" to finalize saving the certificate.
