Feeds Manager
Managing Posts in Feeds Manager¶
Feeds Manager lets SuperAdmins create and manage feed templates (posts) that are delivered to users in the platform Feed.
⚠️ Feed posts are applied to users automatically (every 20 minutes). Draft posts are not shown to users.
Steps¶
- Open the platform and login as a SuperAdmin.
- Go to “Gamification” and select “Feeds Manager”.
- Review the list of existing posts and their status:
- “Published” means the post is already published.
- “Draft” means the post is saved but not published. - Use filters to find a post: enter an “ID” or “Caption”, select values in dropdowns (for example “User Categories” or
“Is Active?”), set the “Published At” date range, then click the search button. - To clear filters, click the reset (X) button.
- Click “ADD” to create a new post.
- Fill in the post settings:
- “Caption” — internal name shown in the list.
- “User Categories” — who will see this post (for example “Student” or “All”).
- “Is Active?” — enable if the post should be used by the feed.
- “Is Send Notification?” — enable if users should receive a notification.
- “Promote Unliked Posts?” — enable if the post should be promoted when it is not liked. - Fill in the post content for all available languages and attach files if needed.
- If you need gamification mechanics, configure:
- “Need” — what the user must have in inventory to publish and react to the post.
- “Withdraw” — what will be removed when the user reacts to the post.
- “Rewards” — what the user will receive after reacting to the post. - Click “Submit” to save the post.
- Make the post visible to users: make sure the post is “Published” and “Is Active?” is “Enabled”.
- To edit an existing post, click
next to the post, open the edit action, update the fields, then click “Submit”.
