Managing Posts in Feeds Manager

Feeds Manager lets SuperAdmins create and manage feed templates (posts) that are delivered to users in the platform Feed.

⚠️ Feed posts are applied to users automatically (every 20 minutes). Draft posts are not shown to users.

Steps

  1. Open the platform and login as a SuperAdmin.
  2. Go to “Gamification” and select “Feeds Manager”.
  3. Review the list of existing posts and their status:
    - “Published” means the post is already published.
    - “Draft” means the post is saved but not published.
  4. Use filters to find a post: enter an “ID” or “Caption”, select values in dropdowns (for example “User Categories” or
“Is Active?”), set the “Published At” date range, then click the search button.
  5. To clear filters, click the reset (X) button.
  6. Click “ADD” to create a new post.
  7. Fill in the post settings:
    - “Caption” — internal name shown in the list.
    - “User Categories” — who will see this post (for example “Student” or “All”).
    - “Is Active?” — enable if the post should be used by the feed.
    - “Is Send Notification?” — enable if users should receive a notification.
    - “Promote Unliked Posts?” — enable if the post should be promoted when it is not liked.
  8. Fill in the post content for all available languages and attach files if needed.
  9. If you need gamification mechanics, configure:
    - “Need” — what the user must have in inventory to publish and react to the post.
    - “Withdraw” — what will be removed when the user reacts to the post.
    - “Rewards” — what the user will receive after reacting to the post.
  10. Click “Submit” to save the post.
  11. Make the post visible to users: make sure the post is “Published” and “Is Active?” is “Enabled”.
  12. To edit an existing post, click Actions next to the post, open the edit action, update the fields, then click “Submit”.
