Vacation Schedule

Vacations

The “Vacations” section is designed to record, view, and analyze teachers’ vacations on the platform. It includes two subsections: “Schedule” and “Reports”.

⚠️ “Schedule” is available for Teacher and Administrator roles. “Reports” and data export are available for the Administrator role only.

How to add a vacation

Steps

  1. Open the platform and log in with a role that has access to the “Vacations” section (Teacher or Administrator).

  2. Go to “Vacations”“Schedule” to view planned and actual teacher vacations in a table, and use the date filter (by month) to display the required period.

  3. To add a vacation, click the "Add Leave" blue plus-icon in the upper-right corner of the page.

  4. Fill in the required fields in the form:

    • Teacher's Full Name — select from the list.
    • Type — select one of the available types:
      • Vacation
      • Extra Vacation
      • Day Off
      • Training
    • Date From — vacation start date.
    • Date To — vacation end date.
  5. Click “Submit”.

  6. Make sure the vacation appears in the schedule table and is highlighted with a color depending on the selected vacation type.

Export data

  1. To export the list of teachers who are currently on vacation (Administrator only), click the “Export” blue arrow-up icon in the upper-right corner of the page.

  2. Select the vacation type (Vacation or Training) and download the generated document.

Vacation Report

To review vacation analytics (Administrator only), go to “Vacations”“Reports” and review the annual summary table for all teachers with used and unused days for all vacation types.
