Record of Student Promotion to the Next Section¶
ℹ️ To enter a record of student promotion to the next section, you need to log into the platform with a Teacher account.
To view this information in the Class Journal, log into the platform with an Administrator account.
Before the end of the academic year, the Teacher must enter records of student promotions to the next section. To do this, go to the "My Section" → "Promotion Records," select the corresponding student, and click the button to the right of the student's full name (Fig. 1).
The next step will open a window to fill in the reason for promotion (Fig. 2). After filling it with the required information, the Teacher must click the save button, after which all records will be displayed on the page (Fig. 3).
All the information will also be displayed in the Class Journal. To access it, the Administrator needs to go to "Reports" → "Learning Achievements Record" → select the relevant section and period → click "Create" → open the downloaded class journal (Fig. 4).
Thus, information about the student's promotion will appear in the Journal in Section V – "Consolidated Record of Student Learning Achievements" in the last column (Fig. 5).
