Preparation for Closing the Academic Year

ℹ️ To complete all the steps for preparing to close the academic year, log into the platform from an Administrator, Principal, or Assistant Principal account.

Steps

  1. Check the student lists in the journal. Make sure all students are included in the lists of the relevant subsections in the "Students" → "Subsections" section.

  2. Check the student's start date in the respective class or subsection. Also, verify the student's withdrawal date if they have been withdrawn. To do this:

2.1. Go to the "Students" → "List" section. Select the required student. Click the button with three dots "Records." Choose the "Edit" option (button with three dots).

2.2. Go to the "Settings" → "Sections." Select the required section (button with three dots). Go to the "Students" tab. Click the "Edit" option (button with three dots).

  3. Check the information about students and parents in Section IV of the Journal. Especially for students who left during the year. Specify when and where they left. To edit, go to the "Students" → "List" section. Select the required student. Click the "Edit" option (button with three dots).

  4. Check student attendance. The marks in the "Reports" → "Attendance Journal" section must match the marks in the "Reports" → "Academic Achievement Tracking." Class leaders must enter all reasons for student absences in the "My Section" → "Attendance" section. There should be no "p.n." marks (reason unknown).

  5. Check teachers in the Timetable and Journal. If there were teacher substitutions, verify in the "Timetable" section whether the change dates for the teacher are correctly entered. Find the class with the substitution. Choose the "Settings" option.

In the form, check if the "Teacher" field has the new teacher. If not, select the required teacher. Click "Apply changes: This class and next."
