Gamification Tags

The Tags section lets admin create and manage tags that can be used to label and organize items across the platform. Each tag includes a Caption (visible name), an Identifier (internal key), and an optional Description.

Adding a new tag

1. Navigate to Gamification->Tags.
2. Click the "Add" button in the top right corner of the page.

3. Fill in the fields:

   - Caption (required) — the tag name shown in the UI.
   - Identifier (required) — unique internal key for the tag.
   - Description (optional) — extra details about the tag.

4. Click Submit to save changes.

Edit or remove a tag

1. In the Tags list, click the actions button (dropdown) on the right side of the tag.

2. Choose one of the actions:

   - Edit — update the tag fields.
   - Remove — delete the tag.
