Signing In to the Platform

⚠️ Do not share your verification code with anyone.

Steps

1. Open the Platform in your browser and go to the “Sign In” page.

2. Enter your email address in the “Enter your email” field and click “Continue”.

3. Wait for the verification code screen. Make sure your email address is shown correctly and, if needed, click “Change email” to update it.

4. Open your email inbox and find the message with the verification code.

5. Enter the received code into the fields on the “Sign In” page and click “Sign In”.

6. If the code is correct and has not expired, you will be signed in to the Platform.

7. If you have trouble signing in, click “Get Help” and choose one of the options (for example, learn more about sign-in, contact support, or sign in with email and password if available).
