White Label Configuration

"White Label" allows to customize the platform according to your educational institution's brand. You can modify the platform's appearance, color scheme, logo, assistant character, domain name, and even have a dedicated mobile application published in the App Store and Google Play.

Accessing the Settings

To configure branding elements, navigate to:

"Settings""General Settings"

The following options are available in this section:

Workspace Skin

The skin defines the platform's color scheme and overall interface style, including fonts, navigation menu colors, profile header colors, font colors, context menu button colors, status badges colors, and more.

Workspace Mascot (Assistant)

  2. Locate the "Workspace Mascot" field.
  3. Select the required assistant character from the dropdown list.
  4. Save the changes.

The logo is displayed in the platform interface in the upper-left corner of the selected theme, next to the workspace selector.

Domain Configuration

A dedicated branded domain can be created for each educational institution.

Domain format:

institution-name-lummio.com

For example:

nebula-lummio.com

The domain name is generated based on the institution's name and is agreed upon during platform setup between the Lummio team and the school's administration.

Mobile Application Branding

A dedicated branded mobile application can be configured for both iOS and Android.

Mobile app branding includes:

  • changing the application icon;
  • updating the application name;
  • publishing the customized version to Google Play and the App Store.

Once all materials have been approved, the Lummio team prepares and publishes the application to the respective app stores.
